Philadelphia Wedding Photographer TV Interview | Client Experience

I still can’t believe that I had the pleasure to be interviewed on Linda Fanelli’s RVN TV show “Show Me The Love”!! The show is centered around everything to do with weddings – my absolute favorite topic! I had so much fun talking about my background and how I got started in photography and was able to transition into full-time wedding photography – a dream job working in such a creative industry with amazing couples in love! I wanted to dedicate my time on the show towards a helpful topic for brides and grooms – the wedding experience my clients receive when they hire me to be their wedding photographer. I believe in not only guiding my clients throughout the entire process but in providing the best customer service from the initial consultation to the post wedding delivery.

Here are some takeaways:

  • Initial inquiry from perspective clients
    Upon receiving inquiry emails, I respond within 24 hrs with some photography details and an invitation to connect and get to know my perspective clients – hearing how they met and got engaged is always a wonderful way to get a peek into their love story as a couple.
  • Consultation with perspective clients
    Meeting my clients over coffee or Skype video, allows us to interact and enables them to see my personality and learn about my approach as their potential photographer for the big day! It’s beneficial to get to meet or at least chat on the phone to see if you are a good fit with the photographer. I love to surprise my clients with a photography magazine guide that has helpful tips and suggestions towards different photography aspects. It’s important for me to help in any way that I can and providing a fun, pretty guide that has tips is one of the ways I serve my clients – even before the booking stage.
  • Booking process
    It’s a dream come true when my clients contact me that they’ve decided to book me to document their magical day! I have a simple booking process – I require a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to reserve the date for my services. Once the booking process is complete, I like to stay in touch with my clients – sending them articles and inspiring notes! I don’t want to disappear for a year – it’s my goal to let them know I care.
  • Engagement sessions
    Photographing my clients’ engagement sessions is another way to interact and guide them how to pose and calm those anxiety jitters of taking professional photos. That’s one of the main reasons I include engagement sessions in all wedding packages!
  • Wedding event coverage
    The wedding day is such a monumental day for my clients and it’s my objective to be there 100% for my clients! I arrive early and take a tour of the venue to find the best spots for wedding photos. I carry on with photographing everything that my clients and I have discussed prior to the wedding. I am 100% there to support my couples – from taking photos to bringing water bottles with me to ensure they stay hydrated!
  • Post wedding & image delivery
    After the wedding, I send my clients sneak peek images from their wedding within a week of the event – so that they don’t have to wait longer than a month to see any professional pics! Once the final image gallery is delivered, I still stay in touch with my clients and help them with any ordering questions they have. If my clients have decided to order the luxury signature albums, I work with them on a design layout to ensure they receive their wonderful heirloom and conversation starter!
